Yes, we use official OEM parts whenever possible to ensure the highest quality and longevity of your repairs.
3. How long do repairs take?
For repairs requiring in-stock parts, we can often complete them the same day. If parts need to be ordered, the timeline depends on shipping, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
4. Is there a warranty on your repairs?
Absolutely! All repairs come with a 30-day warranty, giving you peace of mind that your device is in good hands.
5. How does the repair process work?
Simply bring your device to our office for a consultation. We’ll assess the issue and, if parts are available, perform the repair on the spot. If parts need to be ordered, you can leave your device with us or return once the parts arrive.
6. What are your office hours?
Our office is open Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
7. Can I get a quote before deciding on a repair?
Yes! During the consultation, we’ll provide an estimated cost and timeframe for the repair.
8. Do you offer same-day service?
Sometimes! For repairs that don’t require ordering special parts, we can provide same-day service.
9. Where are you located?
We’re located on the historic Court Square in Centreville, Alabama, sharing an office with Alabama Lightwave.
