Here's what our most common repairs cost. Device pricing covers the parts and labor for the listed repair, and can change with part availability, so contact us to confirm a quote for your exact device. Computer and on-site repairs are billed by the hour; see those rates below.

Parts & Turnaround
We keep parts for many common repairs in stock for same-day service. If we don't have your part on hand, we can usually get it in by next-day air, so most repairs are finished within 24 hours. Contact us for details on your specific repair.

Computer & On-Site Repair
Not every repair fits in a table. Computer work and house calls are billed for the time we actually spend, plus travel only when you're outside our local area. Here's exactly how that adds up, laid out before you ever pick up the phone.

Parts aren't included in labor or travel estimates. If your repair needs a part we don't stock, we'll quote it separately and get your okay before we order anything.
Bring It By The Shop
Drop your device off and we'll diagnose it for a flat $50. Go ahead with the repair and that $50 comes off your final bill, so you're never charged twice for the same visit. Decide not to fix it, or it turns out to be something we can't fix? The $50 covers our diagnostic time. In-shop labor runs $125/hour, billed only while we're working on your device.
We'll Come To You
Some jobs are easier to handle where the equipment lives. On-site labor is $125/hour with a one-hour minimum. Travel and mileage apply only outside the Centreville / Brent area; local jobs pay for labor and nothing else. We'll tell you the full travel cost up front, before we ever leave the shop. Nobody opens an invoice they didn't see coming.
If It Can't Be Fixed
If we come out and it's something we genuinely can't fix, like a software issue that's out of our hands, you'll still owe the one-hour minimum for our time and the trip. When we can fix it, that first hour rolls into the repair, so you're never charged separately for the diagnosis. Either way, you'll know exactly where you stand before we start.
